If you’ve been following me on social for the past month or so, you already know what this post is about. This past March I was inducted to the United States Air Force Honorary Commander program at the 60thAMW. The HC program is for civilians of note to learn about the USAF and how they help communities.
Now the AFB I’m assigned to is about six hours from my house, but I wouldn’t pass up the opportunity for the world. Even better I’ve been assigned to work alongside the Band of the Golden West, the premier West Coast based band for the Airforce. It’s a music to music connection.
That means a lot more flights to Sacramento Airport, but bring it on!
So elated to be a part of it all!
