One of the things clients have told me when I arrive to a venue is the love the fact my work shirt sticks out (in a good way!). I won’t forget the first couple of gigs I had on my own. I would roll up to the event wearing a music tee (because I was providing the music, see?) ready to work. After being mistaken for either the help or a trespasser a couple of times, I knew I needed a “uniform”. You know, something to let people know that I’m here to work, but something also fun. It was bright, bold, unique and with a little hint of throwback. (Indeed, there’s a little Ed Sullivan-era TV in the corner, there.)
