Whattup everyone!
I was told at a young age that the world’s a stage. I’m sure you can take that metaphorically and say that some people are the “stars” and others are “stagehands”, and with their prescribed “jobs” everyone works together akin to a society. When you’re younger however, you almost always put yourself down as the star of that stage.
All the world is a stage and it’s starring you! You are the hero of your life story and your perspective is unique. Your life could be a comedic series of errors, or that gritty reboot about the skilled technician who gets pulled in for “one last job.” The choice is yours.
I’m sure you come across the Tumblr site, The Rich Kids Of Instagram by now. The name says it all, rich kids taking pictures of themselves being rich. It kind of goes hand in hand with the “humblebrag” as a lot of the posts go something like.
“Man, I hate downshifting in my Lambo…Lolol #FastFurious”
I always wonder what “life movie” they are starring in? I can guarantee you that it isn’t Oscar bait.
